Descrição da Vaga: Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversityHoneywell is seeking an experienced and results-driven Financial Analyst to join our Supply Chain Controlling (ISC) team in Itajubá, Brazil. This person will be responsible for providing financial support and analysis to our manufacturing plant in Itajubá, as well as other Latam plants. This role will require a strong understanding of ERP systems (especially Microsiga), Brazilian regulations, and cost analysis, along with the ability to work collaboratively cross-functionally and with international teams.Key Responsibilities

• Perform core cost accounting activities and routines within Microsiga (including monthly closings).
• Conduct financial analysis, including PFA, variance analysis, and cost analysis.
• Participate in meetings, providing standard margin reports and relevant cost metrics.
• Support data validation and loading to Hyperion.
• Manage CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) projects using the Accolade system.
• Financially provision IOS (Obsolete or Slow-Moving Inventory) and drive actions to reduce it.
• Reconcile inventory and perform inventory adjustments.
• Evaluate each ledger transaction and planned hours to estimate the conversion cost for each GBE.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Solid experience with ERP systems, with a focus on Microsiga (mandatory) and desirable familiarity with SAP.
• Experience with Brazilian regulations.
• 3-5 years of financial experience with an ERP system.
• Intermediate English (able to read emails and texts in English and able to have basic conversations in English).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting processes, inventory costing, and variance analysis.
• Proactive mindset, seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.
