• About the LATAM Graduate Program: BRASILWe are delighted to invite applications for our 2025 Graduate program commencing March 2025.
• This is a 2-year program consisting of 3 x 8-month rotations through the LATAM divisions where you will transition into a permanent position at the conclusion of the program.
• As a part of our Graduate program, you will:Participate in a targeted development pathway, designed to accelerate your on-the-job learning.
• Be mentored by leaders in different key areas for our business and the future of the company.
• Connect with a global cohort of like-minded graduates.
• What you will bring:Advanced English (mandatory requirement, will be validated in the selection process).
• Degree obtained within the last 2 years (maximum).
• Careers/studies: Engineers in Mining, Metallurgy, Chemistry, Civil, Industrial and Automation, Geologists.
• Availability to travel to work sites.
