  • Single point of contact Region-Industry. Responsible for the strategic alignment between the Region and Industry for the HPGR
  • Own the development and implementation of Region profitable growth strategy over the entire product life cycle with support of the Service group and Region according to the corporate expectation & business standards.
  • Address the regional installed base with targeted value offerings and Strategic Lifecycle initiatives.
  • Regional Service Line Business Plan, including Product vision and roadmap. Fully aligned to the reality and potential SAMER, executed through Aftermarket Teams in the Andes, South, and Amazon subregions.
  • Serve as the Service expert in the Region for the assigned product line.
  • Work with the Region Sales to promote Spare Parts in the Region to all relevant customers.
  • Support Global PLMs, ISS, and Region Sales to develop wining proposals.
  • Promote training, guidance and sales materials to customers, sales, and field Service.
  • Travel with sales to customers sites and engineering firms to troubleshoot, win orders, consult on system design, support start-ups as necessary, and ensure proper aftermarket support is in place including warranty/quality issue resolution.
  • Provides direct product support with Region Rebuilds and Retrofits/Upgrades.
  • Assist to define Service Marketing strategy and support marketing during the implementation.
  • Other functions that are required for the development of the business.

What you bring

  • 10+ years of experience in mining companies or related industries, with a strong track record in relevant roles.
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mining Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications are a plus.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken), essential for effective communication in an international environment.
  • Onsite position, requiring up to 60% travel, including visits to remote operational sites.
